General terms & conditions for the sale of meat slicers – Kitchenmachine
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of Meat Slicers, spare parts, Blades & Service.
From Xilinmen AB, corporate registration number [559013-3251].
By ordering a product from us, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Order
Orders are made via

After receiving the order, an order confirmation will be sent.
In writing & or according to verbal agreement.
An agreement is considered made when the order confirmation has been sent out.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in SEK excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made against invoice, card or according to special agreement.
In the event of late payment, default interest will be charged in accordance with the Interest Act and any reminder fees.
4. Delivery and shipping
Delivery time is stated in connection with the order.
Shipping costs are added unless otherwise agreed.
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5. Warranty and complaints
Kitchenmachine provides a 12-month warranty on the machine's motor part, calculated from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover other parts of the machine, accessories or wear parts.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, modifications or normal wear and tear.
Complaints must be made in writing within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect.
6. Returns
Returns may only be made after written or oral agreement with Kitchenmachine.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of an approved return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
7. Liability
Kitchenmachine is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production or other consequential damages.
The buyer is responsible for using the machine in accordance with applicable safety regulations and work environment rules.
8. Force Majeure
Kitchenmachine is not liable for delays or damages due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters or government decisions.
9. Applicable law and disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties, or alternatively be decided by a Swedish court.
